Debbie Lynch is a Senior Principal Consultant at ACA Global, a global leader in compliance and regulatory consulting. Since 2004, Debbie has been a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients in the investment advisory space—including wealth managers, hedge funds, mutual fund advisers, institutional firms, pension consultants, private equity managers, and real estate investment firms. If it’s regulated, Debbie’s probably helped make it compliant.

Before stepping into consulting, Debbie spent eight years at an Atlanta-based wealth management firm, where she gained hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of the business—operations, trading, technology, financial planning, asset allocation, and client service. That 360-degree view of the industry still informs her client relationships today.

She earned her BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut and calls Atlanta, Georgia home. Her three kids are now thriving adults with careers of their own—but Debbie hasn’t slowed down one bit. A lifelong athlete and competitor at heart, she spends her free time training for triathlons, swimming, biking, running, and tearing up mountain biking trails like a pro. Her adventurous spirit and tireless energy show up in both her personal life and professional work.
