Dee Carroll
Director of Operations
Deanna “Dee” Carroll is the Director of Operations and Facilities for Carrington Group, where her magnetic personality, unmatched work ethic, and deep care for people shine through in everything she does. With a remarkable ability to connect with others and lead with heart, Dee brings decades of experience in operations, HR, and entrepreneurial leadership.
Before joining Carrington, Dee served as Director of Operations and HR for a Dallas-based financial firm. Earlier in her career, she founded Suite Success, Inc., an executive suite business with seven locations and over 1,200 offices serving Fortune 100 and 500 companies—running it successfully until its sale in 1998. She also led a successful turnaround at Dayspring Assisted Living in Plano, Texas, where she brought occupancy to 100% as General Manager before hiring and training her replacement.
Dee also is a founder of the International Student Foundation (ISF), a nonprofit dedicated to helping students from the foster care system achieve higher education and life success. Her passion for mentoring and empowering young people—especially those aging out of foster care—has impacted countless lives and continues to be one of her greatest joys.
She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business and Career Development from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, but her real superpower is people. Whether she’s organizing operations or inspiring a team, Dee is known for her warmth, optimism, and ability to make everyone around her feel seen and valued.
When she’s not keeping the Carrington Group running like a well-oiled machine, Dee is off traveling, hosting family gatherings, and creating memories with her 10 wonderful grandkids and ever-growing extended family.
