Heather earned her BFA from Tarleton State University, where she studied all aspects of Theatre with a focus on publicity and marketing. She also contributed to the university newspaper and minored in business. Heather has a heart for service and strives every day to be the kind of person her daughter believes she is.

As the Family Services Director, Heather plays a vital role in caring for the families Carrington Group serves. She works directly with each family to ensure every question, comment, or concern is addressed with empathy and efficiency. Known for her warm presence and genuine relationships, Heather finds deep fulfillment in helping others and considers it a blessing to work for a company that aligns with her values.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their beloved pup. Whether she’s crafting, reading, or enjoying Mexican cuisine, Heather finds joy in life’s little moments and the people she loves most.
