Tyler Talman is the Founder and Family Officer of Carrington Group, LLC, a boutique family office committed to empowering a select community of successful families and entrepreneurs. With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, Tyler specializes in demystifying complex financial landscapes and delivering tailored strategies across family office services, retirement planning, financial strategy, and investment advisory.

At Carrington Group, Tyler leads a team of dynamic problem-solvers focused on providing a concierge-level experience. His mission is to help clients align their financial lives with their personal values and professional goals—optimizing their financial ecosystems, addressing the nuances of multi-generational wealth, and supporting their desire to leave a meaningful legacy.

In addition to his leadership at Carrington, Tyler wears many hats. He’s a podcaster, business owner, and a passionate community advocate. He earned his BA from Texas Christian University (TCU), where he served as President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Tyler is deeply committed to giving back and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Student Foundation. When he’s not guiding clients or contributing to his community, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and two sons in North Dallas, out on the golf course, or enjoying a competitive game of tennis.
